We adhere to three basic principles when conducting our national searches for quality engineers.  (1) Attitude:  We will always approach Quality Engineers with a positive and professional attitude.  (2)Effort:  Our firm offers an effective solution that will produce a result in seven working days.  We will use every resource to succeed in our recruitment effort. (3) Process: We have a prove process to gather information to recruit the nations top engineering talent.  With seven years of experience in just Quality Engineering recruitment, we truly separate ourselves as quality engineering consultants.

 

  1. We normally begin our search calling within a 50 mile geographic radius of any given plant screening all individuals according to the expectations given.

 

  1. After we call all manufactures locally, we then move onto nationwide competitors and any manufactures with similar material backgrounds or processes

 

  1. We will then try and broaden the search by communicating within our peer networks and community forums.

 

  1. Once we have screened the necessary engineers, we will normally present three to five individual candidates that posses the desired skill sets and backgrounds.

 

  1. We help companies create the appropriate offer that will not be refused, and help communicate the commitment requirements of the candidate.
