1. We normally begin our search calling within a 50 mile geographic radius of any given plant screening all individuals according to the expectations given.

2. After we call all manufactures locally, we then move onto nationwide competitors and any manufactures with similar material backgrounds or processes

3. We will then try and broaden the search by communicating within our peer networks and community forums.

4. Once we have screened the necessary engineers, we will normally present three to five individual candidates that posses the desired skill sets and backgrounds.

5. We help companies create the appropriate offer that will not be refused, and help communicate the commitment requirements of the candidate.
